Linsey & Colten Reception

Linsey & Colten had their reception at The Bell Tower in St George Utah and it was a really great location. This is the first time I've filmed at this location but it was perfect. This was such a fun experience and Linsey and Colten were so fun and willing during the filming process and the end result is one of my favorite reception videos to date. They also chose a very fun song which is a major key in getting a fun high energy style video. 

Some brides choose not to have their reception recorded but the reception video is when you get many special and memorable moments like the cake cutting, bouquet toss, garter toss, and more importantly the first dance and dancing with friends and family. The reception video is typically a funner video than the wedding video and shows more family and friends along with the couple of course. When planning your wedding and videographer remember to get the reception video along with the wedding video.

Heather & Michael - Moab Utah Wedding

Going to Moab is always a fun experience as the scenery is great and the weather is nice. I had done Heather's sisters wedding and as a result was asked to do her wedding as well. Heather and Michael are great and we were able to sneak away from the reception to get some of the better shots as we didn't have much time between the ceremony and the reception to do much filming but what we did get was great. It was a very bright sunny day with very harsh light during the ceremony but a beautiful day and better than rain anytime!

2011 Wedding Video Demo

Before the St. George Wedding Show I decided to quickly put together a little demo video to show. I used several of the more recent weddings still on my computer and wanted to show all the little moments that we capture at the wedding and reception. I'll be honest this is my first Blog post that I've ever done in my life but look forward to continuing to update this blog with future wedding videos as they are completed. I hope this Blog is received well and is a help to those both preparing to get married and those wanting to easily share their wedding memories with others.
